After nearly a year of anticipation, Grass Roots, Downtown Las Vegas’ answer to the health eating/drinking lifestyle has opened at 124 E. Sixth Street. The shop, which is run by raw mixologist Shane Stuart and Downtown Project’s Nichole Hester, serves up healthy (and tasty) juice, soup and ice cream using organic fruits and veggies locally grown. https://www.facebook.com/grassrootsjuicebar
